Diana Virdell
Vice President of Programs
Diana grew up in the farming community of Wall, Texas, graduated from Wall HS and then obtained her B.S and Masters degrees from Angelo State University. During a teaching career of 40 years, she taught all math courses from 4th grade thru PreCalculus; coached girls volleyball, basketball and track; and served as a School Guidance Counselor at one time or another for grades K-12. Sixteen of her years were spent in MFISD. She was married to Micky Virdell (deceased), has two sons Kevin(Jennifer) and Keith(TyAnna), and four grandchildren. Her retirement years are spent volunteering in the various organizations she belongs to, quilting, reading and gardening.
